PAYMENT OPTION

All payments are made through PayPal and can be made using all major debit and credit cards.

PACKAGING

Each item will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders ship from the United Kingdom.

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout depending on your location and the amount of items you are ordering. Once you enter your address, the store will recognize what region you are in and add shipping costs accordingly.

All contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.

In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage, then please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

ORDER TIMES

Ready-to-sell items will be shipped within 5 working days. For made to order items e.g. prints, the estimate time is specified on the product page.

ORDER AND CANCELLATION

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of the order being placed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your Roadtrip God Inc order and would like to return it for any reason, we can offer you a refund. Please contact us within 28 days of the order with your request for return.

Orders must be returned within 14 days of the request, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, unless the reason for return is item damage. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, any item of clothing that clearly has been worn cannot be returned.

Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk. It is recommended that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on our part of the order.
